Director of Music
I have been Music Director at St Luke’s since the fall of 2015. It’s both a privilege and a pleasure to work with the Adult Choir and play our Marshall & Ogletree Opus 2 organ.
I am also currently the Director of Choirs and Orchestras at Tenafly High School. Also in 2015, I founded Summer Music in Tuscany, an annual two-week festival for singers and instrumentalists in Sarteano, Italy.
I grew up singing in the men and boys choir of Christ Episcopal Church, Glen Ridge, which has informed my musical life to this day. More recently, I was music director at the Church of the Atonement, Tenafly, and Christ Church, Hackensack.
I hold Bachelor of Music (piano) and Master of Music (conducting) degrees from Northwestern University.
My wife, Lee Ann, and I have been married 40 years and currently reside in Ringwood, NJ. We have two sons, Daniel and Peter.
