It has been a profound joy to serve on the Vestry at St. Luke’s, working intimately with our leadership on the programs and committees that ensure the longevity of our congregation. I have been particularly energized by our collective work in bringing Fr. John’s DREAM strategic plan to life. Whether leading meditative hikes to deepen our spiritual practices, hosting adult forums, or serving on the DEIB committee, I am grateful for experiencing how we come together at SLE to support each other.
In my professional life as the founder of Redwood Consulting Partners, I am a “problem-solver” by nature. My work as an executive coach is built on the foundation of my MBA and years of helping leaders navigate complex organizational challenges. Bringing that love of strategic thinking into the service of our vibrant community—especially through committees that “Raise up Leadership”—has been one of my most rewarding experiences.
As I look toward the role of Warden, I am excited by the prospect of learning even more about what makes our community special and ensuring that we continue to be as resilient as we are spirit-filled. I am honored by this nomination
