Guest Services Coordinator
Nancy joined the Toni’s Kitchen staff in August 2022 after serving as a volunteer for 10 years. She has over 30 years’ experience in clinical, leadership and academic positions in public service and health and human services in New York City.
Nancy is thrilled to be part of the dynamic team at Toni’s Kitchen and St. Luke’s Church and provide services to those in need in her community. Nancy lives in Montclair with her husband and son, both of whom are regular Toni’s Kitchen volunteers.
Nancy received dual master’s degrees in Social Work and Health Policy and Management from New York University and is currently a member of adjunct faculty there where she teaches and advises graduate social work students. She earned a doctorate in Social Work from the University of Southern California in 2020 and also volunteers as a crisis counselor for the 988 Lifeline.
Nancy enjoys being outdoors especially doing physical activities—walking, hiking, biking, playing tennis and yardwork; traveling and exploring new places; reading novels and watching films; singing and playing guitar.
