Women\u2019s Motivational Speaker<\/p>\n
Tina Jenious Flood, a Women\u2019s Effectiveness leader, will offer a session at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, June 19, in the\u00a0Davis Room. Ms. Flood will present her Inspirational Coaching platform. She believes that\u00a0there is a direct connection between perceptions of self and overall growth. Therefore, if people\u00a0learn the skills needed to continuously design a successful life, they will become \u201cEFFECTIVE\u201d\u00a0in their personal and professional environments and not \u201cAFFECTED\u201d by their challenges.\u00a0Mrs. Flood holds a BA in Sociology, MAT in Education and a M.Ed. in Educational Leadership. Her educational and professional philosophy can be summed up in the words of Albert\u00a0Einstein-\u201cImagination is More Important Than Knowledge\u201d and Steve Jobs who said, \u201cThose\u00a0who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.
