All are welcome for this free time to sit, meditate, and release into the peace and harmony of mindfulness. The meditation time runs from 7:00 p.m. &#8211; 7:30 p.m. and provides half an hour break before the Wednesday Healing Service, should you wish to attend. We welcome everyone into the community cathedral that is St. Luke&#8217;s.
