It can be difficult to start conversations about preparing for the end of life. But, these conversations, along with thoughtful planning, can become the greatest gift for your loved ones, your caregivers, and yourself. Join us for a program which will help you learn more about the steps you can take against aging and dying unprepared on Saturday, March 14 at 9:00 a.m. at St. Luke’s Episcopal Church. We will discuss medical proxies, advance directives, powers of attorney, P.O.L.S. T., Hospice Care and Bereavement, and much more.
