Call for Entries! \u00a0Toni\u2019s Kitchen is hosting its first annual Summer Berry Bake-Off and Bake Sale on Sunday, July 22 at 11:30am. \u00a0Our highly competitive judging panel from our favorite local bakeries \u2013 Gina\u2019s, Le Bakers Dozen, The Little Daisy Bakeshop, and the Montclair Bread Company \u2013 will decide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd prizes for each category. \u00a0All entries in the Summer Berry Bake-Off must be a baked good using berries.<\/p>\n

Prizes in the Adult category include dinner for two at Albert\u2019s, the new and much talked-about restaurant on Church Street; dinner for two at Montclair’s favorite pub, Egans and Sons, a gift card for Williams Sonoma with accompanying treats that include Nielson Massey Pure Vanilla; baking books and more.<\/p>\n

Special prizes for our \u201cTweens and Teens\u201d category and for \u201cChildren \u2013 10 and Under.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Summer Berry Bake-Off and Bake Sale will take place on the lawn in front of St. Luke’s, 73 So. Fullerton Ave., on Sunday, July 22 at 11:30am. \u00a0Judging will begin at 12:00. \u00a0In the event of inclement weather (rain or too hot) the event will move indoors to the Assembly Hall.<\/p>\n

Please join us as a contestant, or donate an item to our Bake Sale or just come shop for yummy treats. \u00a0Monies raised through the Summer Berry Bake-Off and Bake Sale will be used to serve meals to those who are hungry and in need in our community.\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
