We explore the rotation theme with games, movies, art, and cooking &#8212; all designed to help this age group see their place in God\u2019s diverse and challenging world.<\/p><p>Knowing that kids learn in many different ways, and that feeling welcome and comfortable is a key component to learning, we have designed our classrooms with kids in mind.<\/p><p>Children of this age are encouraged to become <a href=\"https:\/\/slechurch.org\/?page_id=298\">Acolytes<\/a> and <a title=\"Junior Choir\" href=\"https:\/\/slechurch.org\/?page_id=399\">Junior Choir<\/a> members to participate fully in the worship experience on a regular basis.<\/p><p>Special Events such as <a href=\"https:\/\/slechurch.org\/?p=11965\">Breakfast with Santa<\/a> and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/forms\/d\/e\/1FAIpQLSe7qxam0K9Vgg5zxWwtFuP9HH2NwQMxn7x7WEw8zGi7kd5y5w\/viewform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Easter Bunny Egg Hunt and Barbeque<\/a> continue to build community among families with children in this age group.
