Gentle Exercise

exerciseToni’s Kitchen offers guests and surrounding community residents a gentle exercise program. We welcome all fitness levels for a fun exercise program to be held on Fridays at 10:30 AM in the Davis Room. Occupational Therapist and Reiki Master/Teacher Martha Jackman-Bivas and Tai Chi Master (5th Dan) and Teacher Steve Carallo have teamed up to provide a unique exercise experience incorporating balance and coordination, light cardiovascular endurance training and muscle endurance techniques.  Please join us for this amazing event.
