Women’s Motivational Speaker
Tina Jenious Flood, a Women’s Effectiveness leader, will offer a session at 11:30 a.m. on Sunday, June 19, in the Davis Room. Ms. Flood will present her Inspirational Coaching platform. She believes that there is a direct connection between perceptions of self and overall growth. Therefore, if people learn the skills needed to continuously design a successful life, they will become “EFFECTIVE” in their personal and professional environments and not “AFFECTED” by their challenges. Mrs. Flood holds a BA in Sociology, MAT in Education and a M.Ed. in Educational Leadership. Her educational and professional philosophy can be summed up in the words of Albert Einstein-“Imagination is More Important Than Knowledge” and Steve Jobs who said, “Those who are crazy enough to think they can change the world, are the ones who do.
