Community Meditation – Alternating Wednesdays

Join the St. Luke’s community and certified holistic health coach, Jennifer Amabile, for a twice monthly meditation session in the Davis Room at St. Luke’s. All are welcome for this free time to sit, meditate, and release into the peace and harmony of mindfulness. The meditation time runs from 7:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m. and provides half an hour break before the Wednesday Healing Service, should you wish to attend. We welcome everyone into the community cathedral that is St. Luke’s.
