Gentle Exercise Program – Fridays at 10:30 a.m.

exerciseToni’s Kitchen has launched a new gentle exercise program for guests and the community. We welcome all fitness levels for a fun new exercise program to be held on Fridays at 10:30 AM. Our first session was a huge success and we hope that you consider joining us in the Davis Room; be it for one class, or for every class! Occupational Therapist and Reiki Master/Teacher Martha Jackman-Bivas and Tai Chi Master (5th Dan) and Teacher Steve Carallo have teamed up to provide a unique exercise experience incorporating balance and coordination, light cardiovascular endurance training, and muscle endurance techniques.
