Join us on the Lawn at St. Luke’s after church for our Fall Picnic on September 7. Many people believe churches slow down in the summer, and while most people think that the fall picnic is a, “Welcome Back!” picnic, the truth is, St. Luke’s never slowed down! We were extremely active throughout the summer. Our Senior High Youth Group went on a mission trip, Toni’s Kitchen and St. Luke’s walked in the 4th of July Parade, we held a Toni’s Kitchen Empty Bowls Fundraiser, held many adult formation classes like, “Visual Aspects of Christianity” and, “Signs in the Times,” and so much more. So, come to our fall picnic to spend some time gathering with your fellow parishioners. Bring friends, family, and neighbors. The more the merrier! For more information, email firstname.lastname@example.org. Sign up at info@slechurch to bring a dish to pass. Some ideas are chips, coleslaw, burgers, buns, ice, condiments, desserts, casseroles, dips, veggie burgers, hot dogs, iced tea, or your other favorite picnic treats. We look forward to seeing you there!
