Annual Meeting – Sunday May 20

St. Luke’s will hold an annual meeting after church during coffee hour and hope that you join us to hear everything that has been going on at St. Luke’s this past year! This is not your ordinary meeting! We’ve been busy! From tenant offices expanding to beginning construction and demolition for the capital campaign, from meals served through the caring community to the meals served through Toni’s Kitchen, this congregation has been actively seeking and serving Christ. This is also a great time to get a taste of what options are available to you to get involved, as groups like the Choir, Spiritual Enrichment, Outreach, and Personnel will briefly outline what they offer and what they’ve done in the past year.

Nomination by Petition

If you are interested in running for Warden, Vestry, or Diocesan Convention, you may petition to be on the ballot following the procedure outlined in the parish by-laws:. Any six qualified voting members may nominate another qualified voting member for any office to be elected by providing a signed petition to the Clerk of the Vestry seven days prior to the Annual Meeting. If the Clerk receives such nomination, [s]he shall immediately post the name of the person[s] on the bulletin board of the Parish House.
